- 500 gr. Tomatoes
- 4 glasses of Meat Broth
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 1 glass of Milk
- Put butter and flour into a saucepan and place on heat.
- Saute flour until it becomes golden.
- Peel and chop tomatoes.
- Put tomatoes, broth and salt into the saucepan. About 30-35 minutes later, strain the soup into another pan.
- Bring to boil. Blend egg yolks and milk in a bowl ,add to the saucepan and serve the soup.
