Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken wings
  • 1 Chicken neck
  • 6 cups of Water
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 medium size Leek
  • 2 medium size Potatoe
  • 1 small size Celery
  • 1 medim size Carrot
  • 1 small size Turnip
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Margarine
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Simmer chicken parts in water for 30 minutes or until tender.
  2. Remove from liquid; drain. Bone and dice. Set aside.
  3. Pare carrots and potatoes. Dice all vegetables. Saute in melted margarine for 10 minutes, until tender, in a large saucepan, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in flour and mix well. Add  broth and diced chicken  stirring thoroughly.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
